Rooms have no basic facilities. Restaurant food is not tastier.

Fan sound disturb and no clean toilet and mirror morning outside heavy sound no sliping and morning breakfast no coffee

The ambience and service were excellent.excellent house keeping as well as support was good. Best part of the thing is the location which is suitable for any official visits. Food quality and neatness of the dining area is excellent.Complementry food was prepared in hygienic manner. good

location is good they did not extend my check out even when I had checked in at midnight. had I not done a online booking they would have honoured a 24 hr checkout rooms are clean. towels were hard and worn out. pillows were not comfortable they had a decent breakfast at the hotel service guys first refused to get me morning tea at the room and after a fight they delivered it which was not worth it. surprisingly no coffee is provided. one bottle of water for a room of 4…? all said decent for a day stay and very near to the shopping area

Good hotel. All facilities available. Rooms are clean. Complementary breakfast included. Well connected from station.

Don’t go by the description, there is no room service, no suite room. The real rates are half what you see, restaurant is just for serving breakfast. Staff are not responsive. They talk very nicely but if we ask for a service they will get disappear to thin air. The telephone in the room was also not operational, tv remotes were drained and as there were no housekeeping this also remained unserviceable. Rooms are not maintained that well

Room was ok, can say both room and bathroom is little congested. Breakfast served was in a cleanless atmosphere as well as the food was just average. No tea coffee served. Washing basin in restaurant was in a very bad condition.

Waste of money, don't stop here, there are no cleanses, bathroom is not clean, ac is not working

Room size is not too good, and food test is not up to the mark need to improve food quality and price is on higher side for the smaller room
