Kuber Cottage

I recently stayed at Kuber Cottage in Sardarshehar, and unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. From the very beginning, the impression was disappointing. The representative I spoke to on call was extremely rude and unhelpful, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Hospitality should always begin with communication, and sadly, that part was completely missing here. When I checked in, the room conditions did not meet expectations at all. The rooms were very basic, lacking even the most essential amenities that one would expect in a decent hotel. There was no sense of comfort or attention to detail, and the overall upkeep was below average. It did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. The property itself cannot be described as premium in any way. It felt more like a budget stay rather than a comfortable hotel. Considering the way it is presented, I was expecting at least decent service and facilities, but what I experienced was far from it. Overall, I would say that Kuber Cottage is just an average hotel with nothing premium to offer. If you are looking for comfort, good hospitality, and a pleasant stay experience, this might not be the right choice. There is definitely a lot of scope for improvement, both in terms of staff behavior and the quality of rooms.

Best property in the city .price is like too overpriced according to the rooms. Food is very good.Staff is very good.overall worth staying except the room tariff.
