When I reach they didn't give the room told me room was already booked so we are changing your room then he charged 200 extra money

worst hotel experience ever, there rooms are already booked , they charged me extra for big room since I travelled alone so I didn't want that still they charged extra for big room there mattress is terrible I said it's literally trrible, worst matress ever there washroom is soo cheap, I can't even tell you, there toilet seat don't have any flush system even they don't have jet spray washers for cleaning there rooms are so dirty , they don't even take care of mopping the floor, floors are literally so dirty there washroom sink is I don't know why but it's always liking the water they have only one person for everything and it is a very very humble and old man and they take every work from that one old man only , that single old man is doing room service, serves food to hotel and every every each and every stuff of hotel they don't have any person for there hotel to manage I never ever recommend any person to go there , it's really a terrific and terrible experience ever for me thankyou so much and have a nice day keep smiling

The food was good but the stay at the hotel was average dirty bathroom with no flush and the mug was dirty no extra socket lots of bugs and mosquito overall it was ok not that good not that bad

First two hours of chek in no flush water, no kettle in room, dirty room, stinky smell. Totally unprofessional staff.

The room was ok but the shower wasn't operational, the toilet flush wasn't operational. Food is overpriced compared to other options.

1.No electricity whole night. 2.Plactic foam 2 inch instead of mattress was on the bed. 3.wash basin was stucked since yesterday. 4.no towel no soap no shampo provided. 5.mixer for bathing was broken 6.toilet flush was not working. 7.door once i locked was not opening from inside. I was stucked there for 25 mins after 4 am when there was no electricity. Worst hotel i ever stayed.

Room is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Otherwise all good. Location is good and staff are decent.

No toiletries have been provided. No water bottles

General cleanness of room was not good, management staff was not listening to provide services

Too much pathetic service no water supply hygiene was a bigger issue that stay

Which room u book thy don't bother they ll gv u a worst 1 n ask extra to pay to change that room after that also u will get ill bcoz of mosquitos. Totally fraud people
