Small room 10*8 feet, old rag bedsheet, old furniture, narrow bathroom, no hot water, mini tv, narrow entrance, 50 feet from main gate, no carpark. Hotel room photos showed differently. Price too much for the above deficits

Room is spacious. But cleanliness needs to improve. Does not have remote control for ac. This is pathetic. Many hotels or lodges are coming up nearby this property. If they are not focus on basic services, difficult for them to stay in the business.

Not happy with the stay and it's really unworthy for such an amount. Unfortunately there is not much good staying facilities in arani. The rooms are stinking. Toilet flush was not working. Water heater is not working properly. Hope i'll get good staying lodges during my next visit

K pk residency arani is an average stay. The rooms were ok. Bathrooms could have been better. But the staff there were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Jegan was very supportive.

Rooms were terrible

familyRooms were terrible, toilets were not clean, no toiletries, blankets had stains on it, so hard with AC making noise all the time. Door locks were not proper. Lodge was not properly maintained as people were smoking in the surrounding and it was alwys Smokey in the hallways.

Very badly maintained hotel. Not clean hotel they were lot of bed bugs, mosquitoes. We changed with ac room still the room condition was very bad. Not value for money. Waste of money.
