Kaziranga Continental

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and public transportation was a big plus. We were able to easily visit nearby landmarks and explore the local culture. While the hotel may not be luxurious, it provides good value for the price. The rooms are cozy, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel's restaurant serves decent food, and the breakfast buffet has a good selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff's friendliness and the hotel's prime location make it a great choice for travelers. With a few minor upgrades, this hotel could easily become a top-rated destination.

The location was very much far from the central zone of the kaziranga national park and in very much interiors and congested locations, where the car could not be taken easily. The description is wrong from the hotel which states that it is just 5 mins away from the eastern zone. The hotel was very badly maintained with zero hygiene and very poor surroundings. Basic amenities like regular flow of water and electricity were also not available. The restaurant was very unhygienic and smelly with unresponsive staff and bad quality food with minimal options. Overall a terrible experience!

Hotel is far off from kaziranga national park. Mm t fare is approx 20% higher than hotel actual fare

Behavior of all staff was great, food was awesome , but the room service they have to improve. they should look out the cleanness of room & the geyser not working properly

One of the most third class hotel we have ever visited. They are charging rs 450 for non veg buffet and rs 350 for veg buffet but the variety of foods is just not matching with the rates also you will not get extra fish also. If you asked for extra they will tell you it’s exhausted. So please avoid this terrible hotel. You will find one lady at the reception who used to quarrel with every guest.

An horrible experience. Their staffs are unequipped, very uncourteous. Service was horrible. I wanted to speak to their owner but they didn’t allow me to.

Very nice and pleasant stay. It's an excellent hotel with all amenities. All the staff are well behaved. Very neat and clean hotel with tasty foods also.

Very bad experience, lights in room n bathroom was not proper. Foot mat were so dirty. Can’t explain. Breakfast n dinner, they don’t have much choices. No juice or milk in breakfast. Simply waste of money

Maintaining professionalism is very much needed in the hotel and specially the front desk should work upon it.
Travel-ling in this pandemic i never saw any staff maintaining the basic rules and regulations of weakening the mask

Owing to the remote location and the use of sanitary measures, the stay at the hotel was both safe and comfortable. The location is in the middle of the town, allowing easy acess to amenities. All 4 sectors of the national park are equally reachable and the food is good as well

Nothing more to say. Staff is good & friendly. Room's were neat and clean. Clean bathroom. Overall a good place to stay !

Nice room and good food special fish good

After fully paid on MMT, the management give us room and TV and AC was not functioning. Restaurant staff was good co-operative.

When I travel to upper assam Side, I always stay in Kaziranga Continental, because the hotel is very neat and clean. Food is tasty and staff behaviour is really good, thanks.
