The hotel was good and well maintained. The hotel was located at gersoppa junction and communication was easily available. Two restaurants were located just below the hotel, one veg restaurant and another one non veg restaurant. There was also bank and atm also.

The property is not at all maintained. People go there just because they have the kamat name. The rooms are stinky. The restaurant is not at all hygienic, the people who serve the food are wearing dirty, stained clothes. No professionalism to restaurant staff. The lift is smelly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location. Good service. Tea maker should have been provided cleanliness needs improvement vegetarian food average. Serving boys need to wear clean dress and present themselves with more life. Most of them do not know local language.

Location is okay, but the receiving customers is not good, we have ordered food to room but after half an hour they said food not delivering to the rooms and we have to go down and eat. We are so much hungry at that time and it is 10. 30pm. So not a good experience

familyVery bad experience, booked through make my trip app and was deceived by the hotel by booking for seven senior citizens one a/c room for, one non a/c room for two and said show the booking form. Were as while booking they showed us all three a/c rooms. Very old property and food is very bad. I advice make my trip to remove this property from their list.

familyThe facility right on the highway in honnavar. Easily accessible by road. In-house restaurant is good and clean, with vegetarian food. We got dinner @ 10:00 pm, which was astonishing, considering many petrol pumps were also closed in the vicinity. Overall a good place to stay

There is no parking and no way to walk on to hotel. Need to walk for 15 minutes from a nearby hotel through muddy path which is passed through narrow lane and farm where you will be gestured in opposite direction by cattle on the small lane to walk. It's terrible experience that i booked this hotel for this trip. Breakfast was denied after showing proof of booking arranged some breakfast which caused bad stomach.
