Firstly, the said hotel is not available with name of kaam25, we reached that destination based on full address & surprised that hotel is with different name as "mauli, so i am not happy with makemy trip side information, i was booked the hotel based on trust of your side. Hotel room conditions was very pathetic, ac not working, no hot water, no buckets in bathroom, etc. Overall, not happy with this trip experience

I have own parking area sir/mam . A/c all services in 1 month ago . Tv on show online videos example youtube, hotstar etc

Very nice room and staff also. Only 7 km kashid beach from here. Food facility is not available air cooler not stable
