We had our school reunion at this venue, and while the location was fantastic, the overall experience was average. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant odor, which, as an architect friend pointed out, was due to a design flaw that couldn’t be easily fixed. The food had potential but could have been much better with a wider spread. The barbecue was enjoyable for non-veg lovers, though the vegetarian options could have been improved. One of the highlights was the friendly and cheerful staff, who were always welcoming. Overall, it’s an okay choice for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Good stay at Jenugundu. Staff behaviour was very good. Food was tasty and excellent. Only thing which I would like to point out is that on 1st May when we arrived we got checkin at 1 30 PM which is 30 mins after the scheduled checkin. It was delayed and we got the response that the guests which came earlier than us were not leaving and left very late. Then the lunch was delayed as that was May day and staff strength was less. This caused I convenience to us. The rooftop view was very good and awesome. The rooms were neat and tidy..Overall very good experience.
