JBR Residency

Was a decent stay; staff were helpful. One of our bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, but the staff obliged and cleaned it again. The reception staff were very polite to us. The other downside is that there are no amenities apart from the room itself. Even if you want to have a coffee/tea you need to step out as there is no in-room service and nor they have a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend for now if you’re travelling with small kids. This property is under construction in some pockets. Hopefully once everything is ready they may have their own restaurant but until then you will face that small difficulty.

We were travel-ling from kochi to madurai and then to rameshwaram, however rooms at rameshwaram were not available hence we had to book room at ramanathapuram, jbr residency at ecr jn. Stay was a good experience with a neat, cozy room. Hotel staff /owners are well mannered, helpful and appeared very neat and tidy. Since it was last minute booking the cost was little over around 5k. Around this JBR Residency there are a lot of restaurants which is truly a blessing, since jbr does not have an in-house restaurant

Stay is excellent, family is very happy. Hotel staff is very supportive and polite. Will choose jbr residence while future visits.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is ideal. Staffs are very cooperative. The only issue was the absence of in-house restaurant, which is yet to become functional. They are getting food from nearby restaurant. So their are no options in breakfast buffet.

Good. Parking needs to be improved. This JBR Residency has marriage hall together. Whenever there is a event at marriage hall you don't get parking space and also stay at JBR Residency also is uncomparable because of huge crowds.

The room was good and clean, and it's on the main road with car barking facilities. Worth for money.

This is the new property and its MD ,Jaideep is an young engineer. Very neat and well furnished rooms. Clean and equipped with lot of amenities. The only draw back is the absence of a restaurant
