No proper response , no hot water, room AC is not working, break fast is not serving as per our choice.

facilities to be improved ... hot water problem..but arranged to be fresh it's long to Transport facilities .. staff co operation is good no room service ... .

Worst service… AC not worked properly even changed new room. There is no Hot water. Break fast not provided.

By mistakenly don't choose this hotel for stay service apartment is better than this. Poor service, no response properly. I never seen this type of hotel in my earlier trips in different area

I have stayed for three days ac is not working and maintenance is not correct it, is very worst but restorants food is good

Hotel apperance is good, and bed sheets, water bottle cool, and tv also provide, ok totally good of hotel

Maintenance and room service was terrible. Simply saying no service at all. Restaurant was excellent

1. Waited long time to getting booked rooms. No one in reception. 2. Room key not available and searching long time then finally not given key. Hence not able go outing. 3. Receptionist cheated on taxi. Booked for rs. 1500- and taken rs. 1800. Finally taxi bill also not given. So, overall worst experience in this hotel.

Not maintained, rooms equipment not working, staff did not check room condition before allocating rooms, cleaning staff refuse to clean properly, tap water flows in opposite direction, moldy & wet walls which was stinking

Good stay, better service provided compared to previous stay and also good room given. Bathrooms are good and also shaving kit provided on request. Food in the hotel is very good and delicious compared to other restaurants

The room is not clean, washrooms are not good water is leaking whole night, staff response is also very poor. Basic requirements such as dental kit, towels, soaps etc. Not provided even after one hour of the check in also after multiple follow ups. Complimentary water bottles also we have carried them from the ground floor. This is our second time stay in this hotel and we are fully satisfied in our first stay but this second stay is disappointed

1. Ac s not working 2. Tv not working 3. No professionalism from staff 4. Nthey don't even care when a complaint is raised to them

Regularly check your rooms, which working or not, customer should not say this to you. If manage you will excellent.

As per mentioned hotel not a combinate chappale , shaving kit ,comb & greasar not working properly. Shower 🚿 not working. Door lock 🔐 issue is there

Initially, we faced water problem 😅 and restroom flush was not functioning. Later in one of the rooms AC was not working. Best part was service from the staff. Drawback is they don’t have restaurant. But staff would arrange for food anytime🤘🏼

Pleasant stay. We have booked two ac rooms, air conditioners are not working in both the rooms. They have offered to allot another room. Staff were friendly and helpful

hotel people are not at all customer centric and basic facilities provided were also not provided at hotel. water coming from taps are dirt and mud which i have even showed to hotel staff.tv regularly stops and makes noise which is very much annoying to watch.hot water does not come properly.appreciate if u can seriously look into this as i can even share the pictures and videos of above problems.

Our 2 nights stay at this hotel is very good, we liked the hospitality and staff is very friendly, the place is very neat and tidy and i would recommend my friends to stay at this place
