Hotel Vinayak

Extremely worst hotel. Never stay at this hotel. My biggest mistake to stay over there. No food facility. Rude behaviour of the hotel staff.

Hotel is very clean, staff is good, very supporting and helping nature, bathroom is also well clean, transportation is very eassy to the hotel and the view of the hotel is great over all i give 4 rating of my staying in this hotel

Hotel vinayak in katihar, bihar, is far from deserving its 3-star category hotel. The conditions were shocking and unacceptable. The entire place was dirty, filled with bad smells, and the towels and lavatories were filthy. Additionally, no bathroom shampoo was provided. I'm baffled as to how categorizes this as a 3-star hotel. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed, and the walls were plagued with seepage and faded paint. Overall, my experience at hotel vinayak was extremely disappointing.

Worst hotel also don't having ethics to talk with an regional head. Food very bad hotel also and nature also

Total best money jitna charge liya jata hai utna subodh nhi milta hai.

I visited this hotel at morning but room service is found very bad, condition of washroom is found very bad, room service is also found very bad.

I stay for one days but very smelling in the room. Very rude behaviour of staff and i ask for double bed but no response given by staffffff. Not good hotel. Worse of money.

Bad experience

The receptionist is not like receptionist he is behaving like king. And this is not providing proper service like behaviour parking issue

There is no service for guest, the bathroom is very dirty, there nothing to stay. I would like to advise to owner change the staff.

Room is not appropriate for the given price. Room condition is not good and bed of the room is not comfortable. We get difficulty in sleeping. The mattress was not comfortable

staff was helpfull yes the rooms were small but it was mentioned and the manager also told me about it. So it's totally okay to accept. i was also provided the complimentary breakfast too that was also decent. I would prefer to stay again if i have to visit katihar again ! At least it's the same property that you see

Very poor hotel and services. Dirty linen, no power back up, ac switched off after midnight by the management. Very poor food and hygienes. It is not a hotel. Better to be called a lodge.
