location is ok. staff is also cooperative. as we are vegetarian, food quality is required to improve.

The hotel was clean, staff were kind and responsive. The food were great and affordable. All together it was a good experience.

Property was adjacent to market area, good location, Property owner and staff were very helpful and polite.You will love to have food like home we enjoying boiled dishes and it was simply awesome.Thank to Team Hotel Vajra

Laundry services are not available. Cleanliness is not up to mark. They provide vehicle for bumla pass and that driver of the vehicle was very rude. Hotel is not worth for money.

Very good stay and helpful staff.

Hotel was not good rooms and bathroom were stinking, bedsheets were soiled and bed was not comfortable. There was constant noise on side and above our room and we could not sleep properly

We, a family of 3 stayed at Vajra from 6-9 Oct 24. The property is newly built.Very clean and with all modern amenities. The staff were very well behaved and attended to every needs of the guests. Food was good, but I wish we could try more local dishes. Special mention for Mr. Genden, hiw has been very helpful in making our stay memorable at Vajra...Wishing team Vajra more success in the coming days...

Very Good ambiance & accommodation. Food is tasty and the hotel staff are nice & well behaved. The facilities in the room are excellent and they even provided a heater in the room. I will recommend this hotel for a nice & comfortable stay.👌

Got to the hotel weary from the travelling expecting my room to be ready. But to my shock, the room i had booked was allotted to another tourist through offline booking.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Very cooperative staff. Hospitality was good. Manager was very helpful and informative. Excellent vegetarian food options. Good location, close to market. Hotel has a good ambiance.

The stay was comfortable. However, on arrival the staff was unable to check the reservation made. And again during checkout they claimed that our booking was only for one room and the amount paid was only for 2 persons instead of 4. It’s only after showing them all details of reservations that they agreed but tried to convince us that the booking amount is standard for 1 room only, which was appalling considering the level of facilities. The hotel didn’t have power back up, kitchen required multiple hours notice before processing orders and there was hardly any option of available food items as per their menu. We ordered omelets for breakfast which they took an hour to prepare and was of bad quality. For a small city, the availability of hot water, comfortable beds and basic facilities like a kettle was appreciated but not more than a bare minimum expectation for the price of the rooms charged. Done.

Ambience, location and food taste were good, blankets were very thin, not enough to withstand cold even in june, rooms heaters are chargeable and subject to availability, kitchen service is very slow, average time to deliver is 1. 5-2 hours. View from the dining room

This hotel is not for budget friendly travelers weather was so cold and blankets provided by hotel was not good. Food item was good but services was awful.

Our stay has been quite comfortable and ecer memorable. Room of mountain view has good ambience with excellent wooden interiors. Staff are well behave and provided cordial service and tasty dishes. Overall can be rated excellent
