Room are not properly maintained Even lots of garbage (not dust) are on windows Landline phone which is use for contacting reception is not working Price of room is high and facilities is zero Non AC room didn't have ventilation Even there is no air exaust in washroom for exhale the washroom air outside In website the hotel room photos are fake Worst experience Photo of room shown in site are different from reality Room are not properly cleaned No proper ventilation in non AC room , even there is no air exaust for exhaling the smell of washroom Lot's of dust on windows

Nothing is Worst Than this Whole Hotel Area is smelling Like hell No Water or Electricity Supply at Hotel, No Room Cleaning Service, Breakfast is not Provided Despite Included in Booking.There Is Marriage in same hotel Someone is kept knocking door whole Night. Terrible Staff Behaviour Upon Asking for Breakfast. It's Better to stay at Rly Station or any Dharamshala Rather than Stay in this Hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Despite having made an online booking in advance, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for early check-in. Furthermore, I noticed that guests who booked offline were not subjected to the same inconvenience, which I find unfair and discriminatory. As a customer, I expect consistent and fair treatment regardless of the booking method.

Very poor property.ants n rats are moving.bathroom is also not good.door of room r not proper.totaly unsatisfactory.i did not hope such type of problem from ur service.i paid for tree guest. No space for third.n dirty matress has been provided.i asked him to change manager said no no change of room is possible. Very baaed experience ( room, bathroom, bed and etc) and not interested the make-may trip booking pls check

As i got my booking for standard ac room they first given me normal non ac rooms key and after when i denied to stay they said by mistake they given me wrong key after that manager gave me a ac room key that was very bad in condition then he told me to pay extra for upgrade i paid 700 more for that extra room.

Horrible experience, no hospitality, no service, dirty rooms, worst stay, i had to check out within 3-4 hours.

the bed sheets were in very bad condition, washroom was not clean, blanket was not good and no gyser in washroom

I already shared my concerns and deputed service manager's is also not good and their behavior as well

Cons : no graser in hotel. Hot water was provided in bucket after 6. Lot mosquitos in the room. Rather all-out coil was provided for same. Second room don't have the tv. Pros: they allowed me few hours extra stay in exit day.

Property us at a cramped place, they had a function in the courtyard so extreme noise, lift was not working so had to carry my luggage by myself to 3rd floor room, bed linen was dirty, no warm water in bathroom (in this cold weather, the water bottle provided was not original bisleri i will not recommend that place to any working professional or family

I find this location in mmt but it was my worst experience as in same place one marriage is also ongoing and the whole night was very messy.

Well the staff was nice, caring and the food was good. Easy to locate.

I am reached hotel at 11:00 pm, before reaching hotel i already informed my train has been delay so please book my dinner for one person, but after reaching hotel they told me sorry, after completing id proof and entry i entered in room get the very bad smell and bed sheet and pillow cover are very dirty also pillow are very dirty and blanket also have very bad smell, bathroom is very old model and very dirty, overall very bad hotel. After discussion with hotel manager i am trying any zomato or swiggy available but all are closed, for that reason i was hungry overnight.

Hotel staff are good for the service.
