I applied for room up gradation but didn’t get, even four days prior to check in and even didn’t get room of my choice view side, though was ready to bear additional costs.I also applied also but hotel didn’t up graded.

Facilities had a problem. Telecom won't work. The Washroom had no separation for bath and commode. Food was fine and space was good.
