It is a horrible hotel to stay... whatever was mentioned at the time of booking nothing was available... I have booked executive room with breakfast but none of the facility was given... I will suggest travellers not to book their stay in this hotel

The Location was Good but the access to Hotel was a bit complicated. The Service was apt. But the Rooms were Mosquito infested and we had to face Mosquito Bites and a disturbed sleep. Hope my input seves you well and the shortcomings can be taken care of.

Terrible experience

Our stay at Tirth hotel was terrible. There is a banquet hall on the same floor, just beside our rooms.. and one entire evening until night for about 6-7 hours there were very loud noises coming out from the hall .. of drums banging etc .. noise level was 9/10 and there was high resound in our room. We had to wake up early morning for our Darshan that next day and hence wanted to rest entire evening but couldn’t because of this disturbance .. we complained multiple times but no action was taken.. and my parents ended up getting a bad head ache and entire day and next day Darshan was upset .. hotel is just like any 1 star hotel. Very disappointed for showing false ratings for this hotel and suggesting this one. This is making me rethink booking any hotel in future

familyClean room with the facilities as expected for this budget hotel. Nice hospitality and behaviour of the staff and workmen. They are very much cooperative- mainly kuldeep and chetan. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will revisit again when i visit ujjain next time.

Property location is in good area. Indian food quality on 4th floor restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is good on ground floor. Amenities are good. Services are also very good with polite & cooperative staff.

Hotel rooms were okay but bathrooms were not maintained and no tissue rolls were provided. Ambiance was not good and location was not correctly coming on google map which made it difficult to reach to it.

Nice big clean rooms. Location right next to bus stand and petrol pump. Tasty food and friendly staff. Bit of disturbance due to banging noise of gym weights early morning. Overall good stay in clean room.

1. Room was not cleaned properly. 2. Hotel surrounding is un proper there is liquor shop near the hotel, not ideal for living families, when u come down the hotel u will see all drunk persons on road. 3. Parking of your vehicle is big problem. 4. Desk staff is careless 5. Restaurant is available you have to wait for 30 to 45 mins. 6. Breakfast is ok. 7. No tea inside hotel. Overall experience was pathetic not worth living in this hotel, don’t know how make my trip has given 4. 3 star for this hotel

Not very clean bathroom. The bathroom vent is inside the room. Pathetic. Food is very spicy (people in ujjain eat very spicy food. You cannot complain. Opp hotel you can try shri restaurant if you want less spicy food. Not suitable for old people and kids. Please don’t pay extra for breakfast as the only options are poha, samosa and kachori. Waste of money. Food is very subjective to taste but there is a lot of area of improvement. I am not very happy. But staff is well behaved. They give it a try and i liked it. Mahakaal mandir visit made my day. Thank you.
