Food and location was excellent. Service was good but not as expected water bottle charged.
Room service is not as expected. Water bottle price was high, not expected. Restaurant food was excellent. Room is cleaned, well spacious.

The location and surrounding area is fantastic and food was good. The rooms and toilets require renovation. There was no trash bin in the room. Inside the bathroom there was no bracket to keep towel or clothes, flush was broken. The commode seemed not to have been cleaned over a prolonged period with acid or any other toilet cleaning liquid due to which it was very stinking. The door of the bathroom was not closing. The linen were full of stains. The hotel did not seem to possess any blanket. A tattered and dirty rug was provided in lieu of blanket. The regulator of the fan was also missing.

There were either animals everywhere in the huts or there was no toilet flush so they changed our room 3 times, but then wanted to charge 3 times the price. There was music playing loudly til 5.30 am. Food was OK.

Location was easy to approach but it was too far from bikaner approx 35 km away. Food was OK.
Room was not properly maintained. There was no good facilities available at the hotel. Location was good easy to aproach. There was no air purifier in rooms.
