Needs improvements with basic standard

The property location was top class with food but the service needs improvement. There was no hot water available for bathing as mentioned. It has to be brought from the other corner which was not expected. It would also be great if there was an intro of the place & places to be visited. The hot water mentioned for bathing was not available & it needed to be carried in a bucket from the corner of the lobby which was very unpleasant & unexpected. Also the bathroom lock was not proper & it may fall of any time

A stay inside an Oven

The room and toilet was clean but the toilet had a bad stink. Moreover the room had very poor ventilation no cross windows for an airflow. The room also didn’t have air vents and the room was like an oven. It seems the room was designed for air condition but as it didn’t have AC it was like an oven. Imagine an AC room without the AC working. It was similar to that.

it was a good stay and near the temple as well as the sea. cons: we had issues with lock and key. initially they provided a key by which it was able to open another room as well. on confrontation they changed. but the property is maintained and location is just perfect along with complementary breakfast.

It was a very comfortable experience especially the location. Outside the room wide roads, neem trees enhanced with peaceful stay. Food was very homely south indian style and service was good. We had taken basic room and it was worth for the money.

I have not stayed on this date. I requested for postponement since by oversight i booked on 27. 1. 25 instead of 27. 2. 25. It is very bad experience for this trip with makemytrip. Neither you are able to postpone nor cancel. I lost my full amount. I lost faith in makemytrip. Com.
