Hotel Swarali

No good experience. Hotel name change. Very difficult to find hotel. No room service. Bed sheets no good.

First of all there is no hotel swarali in shani shingnapur. They said they have changed the name to hotel hari vitthal palace. Then the map shared leads to temple and not to the hotel. Not clean

Property did not exists. The map showing for the property is also fake. The hotel owner is rude and responds stating the wrong number

Not worth the money we paid. No arrangement for breakfast or tea in the hotel. Nobody available at the reception. No security.

The hotel was very small and it was not worth the amount I paid. There was no arrangement for breakfast and dinner. There were no occupants in the hotel. It is not a hotel even it looks like a lodge small one just name is oyo vitthala palace instead of hotel swarali. Staff were fine quite helpful

Room service was not provided, like water and other requirements but rooms and toilets were clean and tidy and nothing special. Hotel is very near to temple only this is good.

I booked the hotel named swarali right. But when i reached the hotel the name has changed. Who is trying to make?

Really bad experience. There is no hotel by the name swarali in shani shinganapur. Inspite of spending an amount of rs 4500- approx. We were forced to live in a shabby room having cleanliness and other issues. The worth of room wasn't more than 1000. We are feeling deceived. Same thing happened with our booking at hotel pride inn shirdi today on 19/04/2023. The staff of hotel at reception flatly refused to entertain the booking made through mmt. I along with my family were forced to search and arrange for night stay in another hotel inspite of paying full amount in advance. It seems some fraud has been committed through mmt and we have been deceived. I have never such a bad experience with mmt. Please take the matter seriously and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible. Besides i should be compensated for inconvenience that has been caused at your end. Hope my grievance shall be resolved by way of refund of my money so that trust is not breached. Thanks

Location is excellent moreover this was the best hotel i had stayed in shani shinganapur till date. It was newly build. Hygiene could have been better.

No one was there to attend you. Every time we had to go to the counter for any requirements. Because of load shading ac was not working for almost half the time

OK. i had to really search for this hotel in nevasa and later on found that there is no such name called hotel swarali. it is in the oyo name. rooms are just very average quality and wash room is not at all good. do not expect any services such as breakfast or coffee tea etc. they all come from nearby street side restaurants. good parking. walk able distance from temple. of course the local land rules says that in shani singanapore, we can not lock the doors of your rooms. hence if any valuables must be taken care. you leave the room without locking and it is absolutely fine there.

Good stay and good stay near to shani temple

Hotel was difficult to locate as there was no sign broad. Room was clean and good. Washroom was hygienic. There was only one person to assist, but he was helpful and courteous.

Average but new hotel, similar to Yatriniwas but private owned.

Stay was awesome, hotel staff very courteous. Had heard there are no locks to door which is true and so does the rooms don't have lock from outside. Had forgotten our money purse in a restaurant, after 25 min it was delivered to the hotel to us and nothing gone. Recommend this hotel for stay.

The hotel staff is nice. It's a budget lodge in front of Mandir, few steps. Nice and clean lodge room. By the way the name is no longer Swarali it now an oyo budget lodge. Still it is great. Owner is good. Overall recommended for family stay.
