everything is horrible except the staffs behaviour.Accute shortage of staff.Management of the hotel is hopeless.Rooms are unhygienic and dirty

It was terrific experience. We paid 3200 for 1 night but no clean rooms. Even no toiletries in bathroom. They gave only one towel for the family of three. We left in early morning as soon as possible.

Sumit kausani is a fabulous hotel with an amazing view of the himalayan ranges, best time tk visit o ct- march. 'done'

Location and view were good but food quality and service was bad.
Management of hotel was so poor. Even staff can not handle complaint properly. They cannot arrange food on time. Even quality of food was also not good. And even hotel was over priced.

Very good view, better than annashakti ashram. Clear view from balcony and roof. Adventure sports are also there. Very peaceful location. Recently approached road is under construction. Hotel staff is very friendly. I will never forget the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

The hotel is quite good .. The view of Himalaya from hotel room is great .. One can see snow covered peaks from the room .. Hotel staff is really courteous .. Food is also good although options are a bit limited .. Overall a great experience ..

I stayed at Hotel Sumit for two nights in the month of October 2017 with my family. The hotel provided us with all inclusions promised by MMT (other than English newspaper, although it's available at Kausani) but only after asking for those. Actually, a comfortable stay doesn't depend on what you get, but it's how you get those, and that's what was missing at Sumit. The WiFi was very weak, but available. The overall stay of us was pleasant mostly because of the ambience and location. Some of the staff members were not well behaved and mostly noncooperative. Most importantly, there is maintenance issues in the hotel. For example, only two of the four lights in our room were functional and could not be made functional during the two days stay. Cleanliness is of very average grade. As we checked in, we found even an empty bottle of beer on the floor of our room. I wonder how this can happen! The menu is limited and standard of food is not bad and not remarkable as well. But, the position of the hotel is very good. You will have Himalaya view from all the rooms, and the market is very nearby. However, I don't recommend the Hotel and feel it should not get MMT assured tag.

Nice experience. Location is excellent facing the Himalayan range. Staff are quite cooperative. Food is good. Had a relaxed stay. Only drawback is that the hotel management should change the 'indian style toilet' in Room 101 to a western one. To summarize, we are satisfied.

Room service is quite good, hospitality is OK and location is excellent but food they provided is average. Overall very good hotel wrt value for money and safe as well. Its safe for couple also and balcony view of Himalaya is very good. If I have planned again for Kausani I will stay the same hotel.

Location is very good but food quality was not good and not much option available to eat. Rooms are good with himalaya facing. You can view sunrise and sunset from room's balcony. Overall experience is good but there should be more option for food.

Regular power cuts, poor bedding, not always running hot water, Desi cook with limited options, untidy hotel staff. Try other hotel this is not worthy. Not Happy with my stay Fan was not working, Television took long time for repair man to fix

Location is very good and rooms facing is towards Himalayas. This is only the plus point in this hotel. Rooms are not clean, food quality is also not good. No facility of house keeping. Arrangement for drivers stay is worst. Not recemmend to stay this hotel with your family.

Did not have very pleasant experience at the hotel. Location of the hotel is okay, rooms are spacious, cleanliness not up to mark for the price charged, staff bit arrogant. Walkable distance from marketplace is one advantage. Inshort way too highly priced for overall facility.

Stay was very comfortable, safe and enjoyable. If you are looking for something new in Hills, I would favor book Cottages always when you are looking for some romantic hot tadka with chilly weather.
