We already paid for 1000 change for room in makenytrip before checkin, the staff denied room and ending up paying 800 more again for new room dis satisfied by makemytrip service, never trust again & book hotels in this app

Respected sir you have booked an ordinary double room requested the person to provide an AC room hence you paid the extra difference charges what is wrong in that as you enhanced your double room to AC room you had paid 800 rupees there is any mistake in that hope you understand the problem.

Poor maintenance, mosquitoes fund in plenty. Water logging observed in bathroom, no proper bucket/mug a hot water only in the morning that too after remaining. Bad experience, not worth of rental amount paid

You said it was hotel, but actually it is a LODGE. There were ALOCOHOL bottles and the smell. The service from the hotel is terrible and they were rude. This is my WORST experience I advice not to book this hotel for family ,business purpose and couple. Better to shut down their hotel instead of making the customers suffer alot.

The confirmation from your end has not sent to the hotel. They denied room. Could manage with a single room for three persons. U people charged me for double room for two days but allotted very cheap accommodation. Hope u understood the trauma we faced.
