Hotel Sri Vinayak

It was definitely terrible to stay at this hotel, first of all the elevators were not working and they said it is because of the power shut down later I observed it was just the staff playing around, no tea coffee supplies were there in room, Tv was not working and at last I have to manage everything on my own.

Location wise the hotel is situated in a proper area with lots of shops and other amenities around. Hotel rooms were spacious though upkeeps of these rooms should be improved. Service staff were okay and good but still there's lot of improvement required in response time and availability. Food was average though not very high priced, refrigerated stuff should be avoided. Overall the stay was good and served purpose.

The location of the hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good. On the negative side the wifi kept breaking throughout the day, people kept their rooms open and kept making noise throughout the night. Some staff were responsive while others were not. Hence an average rating.

Amenities not as per amount paid. Food and room service is not up to standard. No restaurant in hote. Limited dinner food items.

Cleaning of rooms and lobby can be improved. Food options are limited. But location is very good. Overall decent

Not good first he said there is no room available and in check out he told me that no money had paid so paid the amount

The experience was bad. The receptionist at the front office desk denied my check in and asked that there is no confirmation on your name. On showing the booking confirmation details, they talked in rude tone. Even i raised a query. After lot of heated argument they provided that room. The staffs were also indifferent. Overall experience was bad and pathetic. The room was not as one can expect for this price, the washroom was not clean, the continuous dripping sound from washroom. Even power went out 3 to 4 times. .

The management is very bad. Experience is worst. Asked for a towel and the tea kit they gave a torn towel and have to call 1000 th time for any requirement.

The hotel was big, but with no amenities at such a higher price, no proper center table, no water, no hot water in bathroom, delayed room service, no door card etc. Except good food. No thanx

Very pathetic service, as i have booked deluxe room at rs 4300 approx without breakfast from mm t buy hotel actually charged for deluxe room at just rs 2000 with breakfast this is huge gap and very bad experience

Room is spacious, it is only plus point, every other things are worst, wash room is worst one, stinking, stain, no hot water, worst possible experience, food id horrible,,

Room is good but staff member is lazy
