Very arrogant nature of staff. I have booked through mm t but approval is pending. I request to hotel staff in case if it is not approved i will pay in the morning. After some time manager came to my room and told you have to deposit cash. If it is done through mm t we will return your cash. I stayed in this hotel for more than 15 days in last month. But still they don't trust. I had very pathetic and bad experience in this hotel. Never book this hotel in future.

No sense of service to customers, if we ask something no proper answers, they don't even keep water in the room, they don't even give soap, extra towel if asked, and worst of all- they keep the mop stick next to drinking water can, this is the kind of hygiene they have, and the door mat for bathroom is plastic which doesn't absorb any water, horrible hotel overall will never visit again. You guys should visit this hotel and advise them to maintain a certain standard for hotels, else remove them from your list

Stay is bit comfortable but proper service was not provided, like I call for comb in the morning and they said that they don't have it. Service is ridiculous, no proper service, sanitary is poor, staff is little good, but overall I can't stay again in this hotel, only outer look of hotel is good.
