The property was about 2 kilometres from the bus stand. The room was clean and neat. The property need to put geyser as hot water is not available to bath.

Location is good. Food in the restaurant is spicy and tasty. The toilet seats were dirty and poorly maintained. I did not get the booked room till 1610 and had to keep my personal effects in another room and wait for the room to get ready. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff are pleasant and heavily overworked.

Room was spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Toiletries provided was good quality. Staff were very helpful. Helped us with local sightseeing and vehicle arrangement. In all had a very good experience. Recommend every one to try.

The night shift staffs was not friendly at all. No water bottle was given on second and third day. Hot water supply very poor, the water was just warm

The rooms were good, sheets were clean. The issue i found was with the washroom. It was not dirty but could have been better. The flush stopped working occassionally. Location wise the property is situated right on the trichy road easily accessible by road. If washrooms are looked after, i think so this could be one of its kind property in namakkal.

Below average hotel don't keep too much expectations shower works like a mini water fall safety and hygiene are things that these people have never heard of. I guess fan was not cleaned post installation. Starting from keeping the water sump door open, which can prove fatal and disastrous for kids and elderly, everything is a mess. In the restaurant they have a sales counter for artefacts, where they sell disgusting quality torn items or made in china items. Kept it at the floor level, and the attender shouting on the kids not to touch the same. Such senseless people should be kept away from hospitality industry. He doesn't know any other language other than tamil and try to shout on kids in his own language, such nuisance should be avoided at all cost.
