Pathetic place to stay

For the price paid, there is no proper supply of hot water. There excuse is power supply is glitch but they do not want to switch on the generator. Food is average and okay just the same over the top spicy gravy. Mattresses springs were poking the back. The images they showcase to what one gets is leaps and bound different. Bathroom and loo is basically a congested concoction. It's probably a unit used in ships. The first two days I did not get any hot water for bathing upon complaining again and again they changed my room which had a functioning geyser

Awesome experience. Great views from room. Ultimate cozy experience. They provide electric blankets to make you sleep better. The washroom is too good. It resembles the one from merchants ships. Lovely experience all together. The service guys are very good and always ready to help. The reception lady is very supportive and helps you in all possible ways.

familyThe support staff is very good and took care of every need of us but the place is quite overpriced taking into consideration the amenities they are providing. We know very well that in a remote place in the hills it is really very hard to get all modern amenities but the room and toilet size, along with the lack of proper ventilation made the stay quite suffocating. But i have to mention the wonderful effort of all the staff to make our stay worthwhile.
