Hotel Spiti Sarai

1. There was no check in. 2. I had booked a royal suite but was informed that that room was already given to someone else. 3. On complaining i was blatantly told to go to customer care mmt. 4. There was no check out either. 5. The bathrooms were filthy. 6. The room that we got offered was ramshackle. 7. Customer care at mm t was helpful. They contacted the hotelier and got him to agree on a partial cancellation and refund. However, no cancellation seems to have happened and i have lost that money for two days since upon promise of cancellation i had made alternate arrangements and left the next day instead of spending 3 days as per the original booking. I booked a hotel room, but after making full payment, non refundable, was booked in a tent house. Even the tent house was lacking facilities even unhygienic environment.

Everything was worst and no was there to listen

It's good hotel, location and cleanliness is much better than any other hotel in kaza. It was a peaceful stay, the only negative point is its entrance is not over the main road, so you might be struggling to find the main gate.

Property owner is fraud and he is not honoring makemytrip booking category. We have to argue a lot with him to get booked category room. We would not recommend this hotel for others

While the staff was helpful and courteous, the food options were limited. The geyser wasn't functional and there were a lot of insects. Very average experience overall. Don't spend more than a night in Kaza. It is a bit far from the market

This Hotel stands apart from others. The area as stated is one of the most beautiful terrains in world. This Hotel in Kaza is just amazing. Not for the so called star facilities it offers. But it's amazing because of behavior and courtesy of its staff. They will soon become part of your family and give you all necessary things and hospitality you would imagine. I would definitely go there again.
