No i am not comfortable with hotel soni in betul, mp. There bed were smelling very bad. I hardly manage in that hotel. Out of 5 i will give only 2 marks. I hope you will look in this matter. Thankyou

Receptionist have extra charge on my booking and they told me if you dont pay then you dont have check in

It was already booked, and inform to hotel also for reservations and pick up requirements at late night, however at actual contact number was switched off in the night, no room was kept reserved against booking, and given the room without any facilities for which i already paid. And location of room was at under renovation site in remote area. Will not recommend the hotel for reservations.
