Not value for money. No option for breakfast.

Stay was average, property not maintained well, service was very late, not recommended for family stay. The only positive point is food which was very good.

Room service is very slow, room ac doesn't work properly and they don't change my room. Its very poor property

Hotel was great, rooms were as same as shown in pictures very spacious with all amenities. Food was also great, different games for your entertainment.

good points: - first & the foremost, the resort & rooms was exactly the same as shown in the photos. There was no camera trick boating/enhancing few features. - room quality was overall good & well maintained. - swimming pool was also neat & clean. - reception & room service staff was well behaved & mannered. -overall experience was nice. Worth spending money. Negative points: - excessive delay between ordering food till receiving food on table. - we have change room thrice. Initially room allotted (210) was just above the dumping/garbage area. Room exchanged (312) thereafter was having ac problem. Spending firsr night in another room (314) in lieu of ac malfunction. - security concern: staff opening multiple rooms with same access card. *overall rating : 8 out of *10*

The resort was under heavy infrastructural maintenance, a fact that should have been made clear to us prior to the booking. Rooms were charged at a rate according to resort level facilities, while even the sheets had multiple hairs from previous occupant. Out of all the amenities, only spa and pool were even accessible, and while spa was worn down but still (probably) usable, the pool had literally thousands of insects happily swimming away already. I know it's the rainy season, so i'll even let go of a 'resort' not having a pool cover of literally any kind, but there was an actual unforgivable. The resort lists, along with actual pictures in its listing, a fully operational bowling alley, along with various other tabletop games. Not only were said tabletop games (pool, air hockey, and a sad broken table tennis table) missing various components like their balls and the puck, the bowling alley (which was the primary reason i chose this resort, no jokes) did not actually exist at all.

Service is not good very late and pool is not clean food is good but breakfast same all day and veriety is few item in breakfast it was a average stay

Service delivery is too late, tv started after four times phone. Lunch/dinner/breakfast - limited items and taste was average.

Tt table is broken, pool tavle on bad shapr, almost all of children swings were broken, managenebt was trying it's best to do with what was available but a poor experience overall

Friendly staff, awesome experience

2 for decent staff only, rooms & property were not up to mark. I will not recommend it, waste of time and money. Meal was also average, staff switched off the light while we were in restaurant only.

Resort is good good quality is excellent value for money

It was horrible experience. What they shown on photos are not in real. Games room: they shown bowling game. In property, there was no bowling. The other indoor games are also in open hall with no fan. Swimming pool: it's too dirty. When we dig in, found the wall full of fungus. The water it contains is too salty, seems like there is no change or purification in the water. Room: sofa near the window has torn mattress. Seems like they are not verifying rooms before assigning to guest. Even fridge was not working, so changed it. So the over all experience was poor.

- property is not maintained, not same as of photos, rooms are not maintained, appliances are not working like exhaust, ac dripping water inside room, not safe for kids no proper rallying on second floor, playing are as show in images is not there, food served is highly expensive.
