Hotel Sitaram Palace

This is first time, i have booked through mmt, hotel person has shifted us in different hotel saying that renovation work is honing on. The given was with very poor and bad condition. Will never prefer hotel sitaram and might not trust on mm t for further hotel booking

Room was not clean there was no water bedsheets we’re all dirty there were no windows in the bathroom

The room was not ready while we checked in the washrooms were not clean, the bedsheets were very dirty. Not at all a good place for a family to stay.

It is very close to temple and budget friendly hotel. It is good for one day stay. Rooms are average.

1. Electricity power issue. 2. Hotel is not clean. 3. There is no available drinking water. 4. Tv not working. 5. There no available geyser. 6. There are not giving well service. . Etc

Very bad and unhygienic toilet bathroom no windows in toilet. Uncleaned bedsheets. No power backup facility very very disappointed

Average stay. Good for family. Average cleaning and ventilation. Overall okay for travellers. That’s it.

It started on the wrong foot as i was charged extra and unfairly for a not so fluffy and uncomfortable mattress.

Washrooms are too dirty 1st they Rooms are average not worth for price you book. I booked 1 room for 3 guests I paid /- when I reached at hotel same rooms they were giving to other customer offline at the price of / however price is secondary for me but room is not at all clean and washroom is terrible 1st room they assigned me was having broken windows in room as well as in washroom after my complaint they change my room but 2 nd washroom were also not clean so I taken that room because my payment was already made. with this type of bad experience I will never suggest anyone to go for this hotel

Very poor condition lodge is very old and toilets water taps is very old

Toilet was bad, no cupboard, lift is not working, nothing mentioned in description is available apart from bed. A/c doesn't work too

Bed sheet, washroom not clean properly

Hotel room and bed were as per photographs. Washroom was ok. Overall good hotel to stay with family

It’s has been charged more but worth is only 500 rs they way pic shared all fake and room cleanliness is pathetic

Hotel was not at all visible and difficult to find. Room service was patatic.
