I couldn’t stay due to not allotted room room was very dirty lot off smell hotel owner ask himself to cancel the room

Nice hotel good staff, near to mahakal temple, this hotel allow to early check in for free of cost, and easy to process.

Bedrooms are not clean, washroom was terrible. We left the hotel immediately with in 30min. There was no power at the hotel.

Hotel cleaning is not good as per price. And check in time very early.

Worst untidy-room dirty blanket

Experience was not that good. Room were not that hygiene. Room service boy was not responding to the query. The only thing was good that hotel was nearly 400 meters from the temple.

Hotel was very bad rooms were dirty no almira or chair the the room no washbasin in the bathroom toilet seat was broken water leakage when i asked staff what kind of room is this they said you booked double bed room so we are giving double bed only what was shown in pictures was completely different

Basic things are not available inside the room. There is no exhaust fan in bathroom at all. Water supply is very poor.

Pathetic room conditions the washrooms were so bad. Should not pay more then 800 for a room like this

While called to hotel owner for address he didn't talk properly. Staff was very good. But need to update the hotel interior. Family room was booked but it was on almost the 3rd floor. With me senior citizens and they face very problem. Pillow covers were dirty blanket not provided per person later one day they given

The hotel staff is not supporting (it's just a local hotel, ran by local people) only beds are available, no chairs, no table, no cupboard. Basic amenities like water, change of bedding need to be asked again and again and even after that it is not provided.

Room was not clean there were ants and spiders crawling all over room and bed, bed sheets were also not clean. Room was was also very small, not suitable for more than 2. Also there was no place to keep bags, no almirah or table, had to keep bags on floor among spiders and ants.

Ok ok room. Staff is good. Near to mahakalehwar mandir. .

Hotel owner shifted other hotel but car parking not available and also door lock not available hectic customer service.

Room conditions very bad and staff behave-or rood room charges very high according to facilitys not a family property

No toilitries was there, hotel name or board is not there. Room was dirty and no ventilation. Forced cheeked out at 9am. Over priced rooms.

Worst hotel ever. Bathroom was stinking, they did not clean it even after saying so many times.
