Hotel Shri Radha Orchid, Barsana

The property was good and clean property. We faced issue of water not available in the bathroom, even after complaining about the issue to the housekeeping, it was not solved. Otherwise the overall property was good

A room with 4300 per night tariff was roughly 80 sq ft in size and no window.

The bedsheets were dirty. Had visible black marks of dust and hair. Pillow covers seemed like they hadn't been changed since multiple stays. Had to get them all changed. Also, the check in time was of 12 pm. We arrived at 4pm and even then we were made to wait for 30 minutes at the reception stating that the room was not ready. Ibooked had balcony room for which they charged me extra but gave me a room without balcony. Upon complaining g to MMT they lied that I was shown multiple options and I selected it. And later accused me stating that I should have raised it to them while checking in. - which by the way I have pointed out and the reception told me that the window is the balcony !!!

This hotel has only one chef, order is served accordingly. in name of complimentary breakfast they are just befooling you to charge hefty money. they don't have a course of breakfast items. don't expect any variety. you will be served what they have. only limited items to be made and then served to you. expect a minimum time of 30 minutes on complimentary breakfast table. Average food quality. hotel has no lift. it's parking is not within premises. How could give 3.8 stars to this Hotel ? to give a minimum refund at my booking.

Excellent stay, rooms were clean and staff was very helpful

It is well maintained and cleanliness is awesome. Their restaurant is also very good and have lot variety of foods with taste. Also the housekeeping and front desk staff are very supportive and attentive.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. They were always available when needed. The food was very simple and comforting.

Overall our stay was pleasant, rooms are small but in good condition, food is also good here. The only problem was foul smell inside the room.

This hotel is extremely bad and is very very highly priced. if I compare this with any hotel of similar pricing, I would expect a great professionalism. However, this hotel is far low standard. 1. No elevator or escalator 2. No parking. Every morning they would wake you up to move your car for some other vehicle has to move. 3. Poor controls on air-conditioning. Either you will be pressure cooked or froast-bitten. 4. Missing basic Amenities of hotel of this price range viz. in room slippers, Kettle, in-room mini fridge etc. All they provide is a bed, TV, Furniture and bathroom. 5. The Bathroom fittings are ages old. The toilet pan has some metal fitting of old type, which one needs to be careful of, if you want to prevent injury to your tailbone area. 6. They provide only 1 complimentary water bottle in double occupancy and have expensive second supply. 7. Bathroom amenities include stinking old, discolored towels, and some poor quality shower gel. 8. They don't clean the room unless you call them at least 3 to 4 times. 9. There is no in-house laundry. They send it to some local person. This person does not know anything of the laundry. He spoiled by 70K worth silk clothes, despite I had warned at least three time before handing over the Laundry. As a compensation, they offered me waiver of food bill of 500 and Laundry bill of 400! 10. The people in staff are just house keepers. Nothing professional. 11. Food is terribly bad. The worth of this hotel per night is not more than 800 to 1000 INR per day. if you pay anything more, it's waste.

Nothing was good in this hotel. Furniture was too tall, no parking extremely bad food, poor cleanliness. The staff wasn't at all professional. Only one complimentary water bottle per day, extremely poor condition of bed. Towels were sticking. Housekeeping is not done until asked. They don't provide kettle also. They spoiled my expensive clothes badly in the laundry. In short, this type of hotels would be available for 700 to 800 inr. Anything paid more is just waste of money.

Hotel is well maintained, good location, good staff, nice food clean rooms, washrooma&linen. Would love to stay again

In this hotel first of all i will l talk about food. Food is amazing wonderful l quality. Another thing is service staff if also amazing and helpful l with all side next in this hotel manager gm is innocent person very good in nature

Room was having very unpleasant foul smell coming in from washroom

It is a new hotel giving room and food quality like 3 star hotels. Rooms are neat and clean, food quality is superb, huge parking space and big restaurant.

Property is newly constructed and is well maintained. Staff are responsive and helpful. Food is like home cooked and tasty.

Nice stay it is a new property in barsana good place for people coming for holy visit in barsana and nandgaon good housekeeping and behavior of staff available there.

Bad staff. No support from him and in hotel there is bad smell of pesticides not safe for children and adult
