No power backup (current went off mid night 2. 30am and was back at 9am, no drinking water, rude behaviour by staff. We were told the previous night that you must checkout at 12pm next stay sharp, as if we don't know the rules. We checked out at 10am only morning considering the hopeless situation we were in!

Place was not in a good condition room was messed up found drunk men in the lobby nobody at the reception and not safe location for family no clarity about check in check out times. Food was not good. They request to submit the original id at the time of check in and do not proactively return it. Worst service would never recommend to anyone.

Booked a room for 3 after calling the hotel, got a room for 2, later was able to change it only after paying extra. The hotel served food that is not at all worth the money charged.

We booked for 6 people and two rooms but we didn't get extra bed for 2 people. We had booked AC room but we got non AC room. The pillows weren't clean, there was no hot water facility (we got hot water in a budget). Otherwise all the basic necessities were satisfactory.

No lock for room. We were asked to open, close room using our bike key by pushing the latch on door lock. Big hole on the door. No night lamp. Only 1 bed sheet was provided for 2 persons. No proper response from working staff. Food in the restaurant was not good and too costly.

I would suggest others to take a much cheaper room in other places but not this hotel. Hotel staff has a lot of attitude. Rooms are not spacious. No WiFi, no lift, nothing was good about the room and far from Udupi City.
Worst attitude people in hotel. I would recommend to remove this from MakeMyTrip.

In simple words worst experience and upset with my tour plan. Family disappointed.
One of the worst hotel recommend by make my trip. Literally cheating the customers. Reception is at 1st floor and no lifts. Difficult to elder people. Also no staff available and no room service. No tv. No hot water. Only bed with full of cockroaches. Worst. Worst. Hotel. We can better sleep in bus stand.
