Everything was below average, room service not upto the mark, no guest dealing and covinience, toilets not functioning properly, bad room sevice, the ambience of the room was dingy too, overall much below the expectations and not in compliance as to what was displayed. I've checked out. Would love to get more discount

During our booking, it was mentioned that we will be getting our breakfast as complementary but we did not get. This was the only problem that we faced in the Hotel. Otherwise, the rooms were very satisfactory. The staff was kind to us. The location was also suitable. It was a good stay with my friends.
