One Line : don't stay at shashinag

Pros: 1. Right beside the NH, easy to access for people travelling through the highway 2. Big and Spacious rooms 3. Courteous staff and timely service. 4. Decent stay for family Cons: 1. You won't get hot water early in the morning as they have solar geyser. 2.Washroom room needs improvement. one of the room has a washroom which had dirty mirrors and burnt out area in the exhaust section 3. Food was not good Overall a decent budget stay for family.

There is nothing right in deluxe ac rooms which i booked. Bathrooms dirty, linen dirty and not changed, bath towel had turned light brown from original white from usage, only one bulb in the rooms, maintenance not done for years, flush not functional and overall a terrible stay. Make my trip should not include such rooms for rent. It also questions your authenticity. Very disappointed.

The hotel has a restaurant but does not have anything other than only up-ma in breakfast. No snacks available in the restaurant as per me-mu items. Ac not working. Toilet hand picked jet leakage and hence no water flow bathroom door lock not working.

Hotel is not clean. Beds are not organised. No hot water. Its never felt like 3 start. It is not value for moneyzz

The hotel is located very far from the city centre. No nearby shops, no option to move anywhere, even if there is some urgency. Food quality is very bad and tea served was one of the worst one. Location is full of mosquitoes. Coming to room, it's very dirty. Not at all clean. Bathroom condition was pathetic, very dirty. No hot water available. Room is full of cock roaches. Please do not opt for this hotel

I want my money back as refund or else I am going to send legal advice. There was no towel soap shampoo and full of dust. How can MMT can do such stupid things. With out dulegence how can you do with this to me.

Total waste of money. Room very bad. Wash rooms taps are not working properly. Food no taste... Room service is too bad... It takes 10to 15 mins. They have no breakfast at morning only bread, no idly, dosa, no Wi-Fi, totally waste of money & time. This is not 3* star hotel 0* star hotel.

I booked two rooms. One room was okay but another one, room number. 206 was much below the standard and manager informed that due to sudden rush of customer they have adjusted us in that room. But how we were concerned with that, plaster of the room was peeling out, toilet was dirty and totally unhygienic.

A big disappointment from MMT. How can MMT include such hotels ( obviously without any verification of information provided by hotel ). I repent that I did have paid attention to reviews. Shabby rooms, uncooperative staff can be tolerated but there was no responsible person available overnight. Very remotely placed from city, still they didn't bother to ask for or see photo ID. We were denied breakfast and reason given was 'cook is not listening, he is at home. If you wait, we will call him!!' Overall bad experience!!

A pretty run down joint. Badly in need of a facelift! Poor service, understaffed etc. A small swimming pool but not well maintained. Property located on a sprawling plot with ample parking space. Though breakfast included in the package, only two items provided in the room after repeated reminders. AC and TV worked but the room had broken floor tiles and the bathroom had a broken wash basin. Certainly not worth staying here.

Hotel staff were not cooperative. They won't provide towels soap until asked for. They didn't provided water. AC remote was not there. So, either you on it or off it. TV is with local cable connection and with very bad signal quality. Food is worst. Complementary breakfast was only poha and tea. I won't recommend this hotel.

Earlier I stayed here thus was better hotel. Now it is worst in all aspects. I paid 3800 per room booked 2 rooms.Bedsheets towel are not upto the mark. Service is also weak. People are good but system is not good. Rooms are not clean as per standard. Totally hotel is not as per standard what they claim. We can get best hotel in Bijapur for half of this price.

Good points are location of hotel is good, on the highway & so easy to locate. Ample parking space & a swimming pool. That's it. The bad side is a long list. The room looks so old. The door lock was difficult to open with keys & a bang with foot made it happen. The mirror was rusted from all around. Bathroom didn't have a proper lock. The balcony floor & parapet was full of pigeon shit. In the evening there was a power breakdown in one phase & my room was affected. We were asked to sit in the lobby for 10 mins till power gets restored. The wait became 2 hrs when I lost temper & then they provided a room on other wing where power was there. After next 1 hour the power went off claiming that it would restore both phases. But then it continued till morning without electricity. So obviously there was no AC, no hot water, no TV. The sleep at night after a tiring day was badly affected. By morning 7 there was no water to flush. Pathetic experience. I have asked MMT for a refund. I had seen few feedbacks in MMT before going for this last minute booking just a day before my trip, as I had limited options. But then I repent for not considering previous customer experience seriously. Request future customers to take a note of it.

Rooms are very good. Restaurant is not at all good. Better to find food elsewhere in the city. Advertised facilities not available. Snooker table, WiFi internet not yet available. I only recommend this resort as a hotel room. Don't expect resort like experience. Having said all the above, the rooms are very well maintained, clean and decent.
