Terrible Stay

Already raised complaint about cheating by hotel. The hotel took rs 5700 advance for one night stay. However the actual rate on counter booking is rs 1500 plus gst

My booking was confirmed by mm t but when i reached hotel they told there is no room vacant at 12:00 am of a winter midnight. It was very worse situation. Hotel administration managed to put me in their staff room for that night but they refused to pay any compensation. I don't know on whose part mistake was done but you should be aware even after confirmation of room until you have been provided with the room number and confirmed from hotel side too separately.

I booked my room 10 days before my check-in but when I arrived, the manager told me that room is not available and you have to share a room with someone else. I did not get my booked room. My worst experience of staying in this hotel.

groupWe were provided with towels on the third day of our stay (we checked out that day. No blankets were provided to 12 co travellers with me. Hygiene standards are low too. Basically just have low expectations and this should be ok.
