Awesome experience having stay at shahpura hotel sarbati place. Magnificent palace and great environment service was impeccable. Definitely want to come back here again and stay over for accommodation. Good looking hotel with poor service

Receptionist was saying no room is available but when i booked they gave me room and not only saying that room is not available but also demanding double charge. Service is extremely poor, sofa, chair, bedsheet all are dirty and when i complained about it they said they will change and ignored the conversation.
