Very small rooms, poor ventilation, not recommended for stay with children, a single room is just enough for a single person

AC needs to be service as cooling was not so good need hygiene bed sheets and pillow.

it's a good newly built clean and good staff and all very cooperative .. Moreover near the temple 14 mins and from the main khatu shyam the main gate to the hotel is 13 mins walk so take a rik 30rs only hotel lane is too muddy and dirty

Location was ok enough however property is situated in the end of the road. Food was good in taste but took time and amenities were as per his hotel mentioned in the mmt site but TV was not having subscription.

very helpdul property owner helped us with checkin at 3 am. prompt staff. we also got vehicle arranged for local sighting thru Hotel Santosh Palace. Good food clean rooms

Hotel service and amenities are good. Only location is not good it's not near by temple you have to take a taxi. The way to reach the hotel through a nerro road which is very dirty and bed smells of drainage. Room n services are good

My first and best stay at Khatu. The staff was so good they just treated guests like the family members. The room was so clean, food and service everything was great. Recommended to everyone if they want to have a good stay, Stay at Santosh Palace. Family like stay even if you go alone..

the staff is really polite and helpful. they can arrange you the transport from.hotel to the temple's front gate. The rooms are super clean. will definitely book it next time when I come to khatu shyam ji
