Hotel Samudra Kanya

Location is very good. Hotel room is nice. Disadvantages are that they have no restaurant nor they allow outside food in the hotel.

I have stayed previously multiples times and received good hostipality from this hotel but this time they provided small room where ac is not working, water heater is not working. Bathroom is very small and not cleaned. They have kept the menu card but service is not available from their resturant. They mentioned time in menu card but at that time they can't provide snacks. This time everything is pathetic

Everything is good but the room size is small, the bed mattress is very hard, the restaurant is closed when we go and the work is going on. Finally, i can say that you can live well, you can see the bad things

Room are too small, location is good just walking distance from sea beach. Services are not proper. Foods are not upto the mark.

Well i booked for 1 day as the next day i wanted to move to mandermuni so i was looking for a hotel where i can stay for the night its a good hotel 2 things i complained about is that one bathroom was not maintained properly and, second, the bed. It's not that comfortable, it's hard. I prefer soft. Food is average considering its price is good. Staff is good.

The location is good. Rooms are quite normal but the main problem is they don’t allow you to bring food from outside. On the other hand their own restaurant doesn’t have all the foods either. Another problem is that the check out time is 10 a.m sharp. So if you are travelling by bus or other public transport and the time of departure of your bus/train is late on that day, you are literally stuck and nowhere to go.

It was less than 1 min walk from the new digha market and not on sea beach but cost wise it was okay. Food was cheap and quality and quantity were great. Though food options were less. The rooms and balcony were clean and electrical amenities were in perfect condition. Toilet and bathroom could have been better. Staff behaviour was also great. So apart from the toilet issue, the overall experience was five star.

It's really terrible to observe such a things like a blood spot on bedsit, pillows and white blanket. Even washroom lights are not working. Tv also not working, ac malfunctioning. Most important things that lift not working at all in-spite off having room on forth floor. It's really pathetic.

I love this Hotel for his staff behavior and clean or Hygienic. All staff are very helpful. Mr. Manas is very good person.

Everything is good, just that the ac and tv positioning could have been better.

It's near to the Beach, with all basic facilities a Hotel can provide, the rooms could have been more well placed, the tv and the ac position was stupid.
