Very bad experience. If you are astamatic, you'll definitely get an attack. Walls, fans, bed was full of mould dust. If you plan to visit early morning for darshan, they won't provide you hot water. It starts at 8am. If you plan to stay in room during the day, they would switch off the ACs. They switch it on only during nights.

Room was not good at all, first they said 3 bad is not free, afrer sometime they offered me 3 bed room after asking them. lights were not working, bed sheets were not changed after previously used customer. worst experience

First they allotted a room in third floor. As there is no lift, after a lot of requesting we were given a room in first floor. When booking, they must specifically mention that there is no lift and also inform in which floor the room shall be. We wanted an hour's extension of stay which was flatly refused.

1) 1st thing we were shocked that selected hotel sai arpan refused to allot rooms for us 2) they have taken us to a different stay hotel mandi palace 3) the room lacked a basic facility. No hygiene (bed, blankets) no hot water (its pilgrimage place and morning darshan at 4:30 without hot water) we were in shock of all this but thought baba wanted us stay like this (blessing. We kept quite thought of rising a complqint after 2 days you guys pinged me. I would requestvfor full refund for this terrible experience

I had a bad experience while checking in. The receptionist denied saying they haven't received any such booking and suggested this must be for different hotel in the town with the same name. Although there was no other hotel with the same name. After arguing for 15-30 mins the staff agreed that there is a booking under my name. On the next day while checking out the staff again started arguing saying that, payment hasn't been done. However i had paid the full amount in advance. Similar to the previous day after arguing for sometime they agreed that they have received the payment.

Room's is nit & clean, toilet is also clean, parking facility available, tv not working, lift facility not available.

The people and services were good but not the infrastructure. Washroom was not hygienic. Maintenance issue was faced. Remote and all were not working. Manager and owner were very humble and decent. It was a very new property so they were facing initial issues for which the owner and manager were apologetic. Overall 3 stars for the property and 4 stars for the hospitality.

The stay was worst ever, nothing was good in this Hotel. First of all, the rooms were different as shown in the pictures. The room was very dirty and the bed was smelling very bad, as well as blanket and pillows. When we complained to the hotelier they were just ignoring us. The staffs were very unprofessional. The only good thing was the location, it was good and the surrounding area of the Hotel was peaceful.

Cons: 1. No drinking water bottle provided inside room. 2. No Wi-Fi. 3. No room cleaning service provided within your stay. 4. Rooms having TV but not working. 5. No lift and provided room in 3rd floor, it's very difficult to carry your all bags using staircase. 6. Overpriced food. 7. After requesting many times for clean blanket and pillow cover they are unable to provide. 8. Very old and low quality blankets provided. Images attached. The only good about this hotel is the location everything else is worst.
