it's a nice location, beautiful view of bilaspur valley from here... hotel is a nice option in Bilaspur. staff is nice

Very bad experience in stay. room was not good as per the room tarrif. we book room delux room but hotel given usdormitory room. hotel taken extra charges for delux room at hotel in cash.

Stay was not rooms are not good and staff enter in room without loking room 2 times i am with my wife very dis-pointing

It was a very bad experience. Room and wash room were very badly maintained. Towels, bed sheets etc. Were totally unusable. Food was bad. Had great difficulty in staying there for one night and checked out at the earliest possible

Overall experience was good, we wanted to have over-night stay at bilaspur on our way to manali. Hotel staffs were very helpful and the cleanliness was good. Bf was good as well.

Good property, refreshing views and good food

Get rooms on the top floor if you want a good view. Service is nice, but he food is very close to being ridiculously priced. The pricing is similar to pubs in metro cities like mumbai and bangalore. (100rs for bottle of water) rooms are old but they are clean, and accordingly the amenities are also that old. Like the tv is only lil bigger than a laptop screen. So overall the hotel is good apart from the food prices.

The hotel was average. Bed linen not very clean. Tv geyser not working. No tea kettle or morning tea service. Had to go up to reception and request for a cup of tea. Facilities basic for our room standard ac room considering the rates. But food was good and fresh. Will only recommend to those who don't mind very basic facilities.

One of the best hotels to stay on the manali highway. Food, service and other amenities are excellent

To be very frank, it exceeded my expectations. Room were spacious. We were provided with a room heater. Bathroom was clean. The best part was the food. I am a vegetarian and the whatever i ordered was great. Service was also great.

Rooms are big but not well planned. No extra bed given when i booked the room for 4 pax well in advance. We had to struggle in 1 bed which was difficult for us to sleep. Unwanted noises throughout the night. Table dragged, items dropped, people walking like maniacs and all these were happening right above my room.

This was a surprise for us. The rooms were very clean and had an attached balcony overlooking the lake. Food was excellent - we ordered chicken bharta and lachhedaar paratha. Overall very good!

Average hotel, if you want to take a quick break and stay for a night.

The hotel situated alongside the highway has excellent facilities for breaking journey when you travel from Delhi/Chandigarh to Manali. No need to travel away from road and it's open 24x7. Has all facilities for such halts.

A bad experience, there was no lake view, the room was shabby, bed sheets dirty . Food quality was bad .
