We have visited ratlam first time to attend a marriage ceremony and stayed here for 2 days. Good location, friendly staff and overall good. Only issue was noice of trains passing throughout the day and night. This is very next to railway track.

MMT request you to remove this hotel from your list .. Otherwise your brand image will decrease due to this Hotel .. Take it Seriously .. Following Things Made it Sad: 1. No Water arranged before arrival. You have to ask. And RO is complimentary and mineral is chargeable .. **** !!! 2. TV size is that of dekstop 3. Stinky Indian Toilets. 4. Ordered Cheese Sandwich .. Got plain bread and cheese on that .. 5. Got manchow soup with fryums only and soup very less .. Please don't risk your Travel by travelling !!!

Awesome Facility with a very close proximity to Railway station. Staff was very supportive, decent and a well behaved staff. I would say it was a value for money to stay in such a decent hotel. Food was very tasty and up to our expectations.

Room was different as shown in pictures. No WiFi only available at reception. Room was not ready at my arrival. The man at reception at morning is very rude. Please show some manners for your guest ..

Poor service- service in the hotel is very poor also staff of the hotel is not as per requirement. When you give a order they take atleast half an hour to complete. Issue of cleanliness is also here. Room are also average

Room was okay, not up to the mark, bathroom shower in bad condition and you hear train sound all night long. Water not provided, you have to ask for water. Well I am not going to stay in this hotel again. They are having problem in providing hotel stay bill. Stayed on 14th and 15th Sept 2016 night.

Located in the heart of the city it an average hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly but a lot is desired as far as the room is concerned. No quick services. Dinner will be served after 1 hour of waiting. But overall hotel is thik hai at location Ratlam.
