Hotel Saffron Suites

Very nice clean hotel with good amenities, broad lawns, gym, table tennis court, good home made food, very calm quiet cosy place to have a comfortable stay

The swimming pool is covered permanently and a hall is built on top of it kindly don't put misleading pictures. Lunch was served 1. 5 hours after the order. Other than that every thing was good.

The hotel is clean and staff courtious. Rooms are large enough. Overall we had a nice experience staying there.

A good hotel for a place like chaibasa. Can't expect more. Food is consumable. Staff in a remote location is likely to miss the etiquette of a city person. Check out time is 10:00 am which is too early. No better property available in chaibasa than this hotel. Hotel needs to mark the directions for ease of guest to locate the hotel.

The food quality & variety were good enough. Location is good. As such we didn't expected such a standard hotel in chaibasa like small town.

To be frank we were pleasantly surprised to find a ecent place at this small city to stay.Nothing too fancy but nothing to hate either.pros are 1. well behaved staff 2. Food is cheap and preparation is good. 3. clean rooms 4.Descent parking space 5.well priced Cons. 1. Noisy rooms as the room given to us (109) was just above the restaurant kitchen. Shouting of staff and clinging of utensils continued till 12 despite 3 requests to the front office. 2. Mosquitos were there in the room ( may be we could have requested for one Mosquito 🦟 repellent to be provided) overall an ok stay for a break from a long drive of 8-9 hrs.

Stayed for just a day but very pathetic. Service was worst. Ordered for dinner and almost waited for 1 hour 30 minutes. That too after complaining with mm t and indeed mm t executive called the manager then the food was came. No proper care for social distancing. Lot of rush around hotel during night hours and heavy noice were around up to 2 pm. Hot water also not came in the bath room.

Stay was good. Cost should be bit low. Room was just okay according to money paid.

We were on a Road trip and had to stay here for a night. The Hotel was good and well maintained. It's the only decent Hotel you can find in Chaibasa. Food was also decent.

Breakfast provided by them was nice, though there was a lot of variety in their dishes. I went there for business purpose and it was an average one. It was Worth for money stay.

The breakfast in this hotel was just an average one, there were only 1 or 2 dishes on their menu. The money which I had paid for my stay was not justified my stay, it was higher as per room. The hotel was in the outer area of the city. Though the hotel was safe, as I went there as solo traveler. My overall experience was average.

The Hotel was a little bit far away from the market area. So the location of the Hotel was average. The room we stayed in was very neat and clean and the Hotel was also maintained. Facilities provided by them were up to the mark. The overall stay of mine was very nice.
