I m very disappointed with your service. When you people know that all the ways to reach the hotel are closed, even then why are you cheating innocent customers by booking the hotel. My 2240 rupees have been wasted. You invest it and get my money back. Thanks

Blanket are not replaced

Worst stay ever on MMT BLACK

Very bad room, dirty and leaking bathroom, the balcony was used as a storage space, very bad mattresses and used unwashed pillow covers. No hot water in the bathroom, thanks to the hotel staff who walked two floors with two buckets of hot water. Also the room and toilet door wouldn’t lock.

An average hotel, really high price for a lodge type facility. Don't recommend for family. Because you have to climb 50 stairs to reach rooms.

Facilities are not worth the price I paid. No intercom facility. We need to go to ground floor in reception for everything we need. No hot water facility.
