name as roof top hotel but found hotel white house and demanded extra cash beyond payments, no towel and proper services. can't able to visit or call this hotel people who declined to attend the mm t customer care team phone calls. While one room ac sounds like generator ( room no 201) asking for another room staffs shown a room without window ( room no 204.

The hotel is not at the location shown in Rooms are not like what is given. Very tiny rooms. No facilities at all. Charged extra money for rooms. Since it was late night customer didn’t have any option. Terrible experience

Rooms are not clean, ac not working, tv not working fan is wot h noice. I reported at 12 midnight they did not provide water, i was so irritated thay i left hotel by 18 th 5 pm although my booking was upto 19 th 12 pm overall ot was a pathetic ecperience
