The room was stinky, the toilet was not cleaned, they didn’t give towel or anything. They geyser was not working. Even after the complain no one came to check or for cleaning. At the time of check out, they took more than 30 minutes to confirm the payment. Overall there is a hygiene issue

familyVery good and spacious room with all sorts of facilities. Polite and helpful staff. We reached the hotel in the early morning after an overnight journey and instantly provided early check-in @7 am. Food is also good hotel restaurant and that too with nominal price. The only problem we faced was room intercom that was not working. Overall good experience.

Just don't book it, as simple as that. Dirty rooms, stinky bathroom with all pan peek everywhere. No cleaning, no bucket, broken tap, smelly bed. Pathetic and disgusting.

Not at all satisfied with the cleanness and ambience. The blanket smells, worn towel provided. Seepage in bathroom wall and room. No western commode. Too dirty bathroom with broken wash basin. The stay was like I got this free and the hotel oblige me.
Water seepage from bathroom wall as well as room wall, bad towels. The blanket smells like anything. Worst food quality. Not at all satisfied considering the room price. Suggestion is not to stay in this hotel.
