i did not check in because the rooms were in pathetic condition. I asked and complained for this hotel on the same day but makemy trip person did not respond well although he had assured me he will revert back with full refund of my fee after discussing with hotel person but still no response

I would like to highlight below issues . 1) Damp Walls 2) rooms were not clean at all 3) There was no staff when we wanted hot water ( eneded up using cold water) 4) AC was not working 5) Breakfast was served when we forcefully asked them to make a refund. 6) No TV , No furniture . good if you want spend night while traveling. otherwise I will not suggest . good part a) property is huge b) They allowed our pet c) Located on the main road d) Breakfast served was superb Tea especially

coupleReception and outdoor space looks good and spacious. Rooms were not hygienic, beds of different sizes were coupled together. Quality of mattress was not good. Hot water service was poor, our stay was in winter so we had tough time in using restroom. Mineral water bottles provided in the room were not sealed.

Worst experience, terrible room, stale food, untrained staff, there was a gap between the mattresses of double bed nor remote neither the switch of air condition was working the blanket was torn, very bad experience never even try

Since i check in, their was no water was available, Recepnist told me that after little water will come..then after one hour water come like drainage water…then i complain to Receptionist but they refused and told me that only this water is available

The staff is courteous and helpfull. Location is little outside but the land spread is too big and good. Greenery is well maintained. The property is old and interiors are also old world charm. The interiors need a complete change & upgrade. Pricing is perfect as per the current status.

familyWe were driving from varanasi and were looking for a place for overnight stay. Rishi regency provided good option, located on outskirts in rather isolated area. Wish mm t site has a way to check if property is under renovation, which was the case here. Staff was helpful, the room allocated to us had some issues and i had to ask for a change. They upgraded to a suit which was good. Food was good, they arranged special dishes for us,
