Terrible Stay

We stayed in the Hotel Red Sapphire, Kushinagar for a night. There were several issues with the hotel. I would give it zero points. We had to shift rooms 4 times because the rooms were so dirty. When we complained, they asked us to cancel the booking. The person showing us the room was asking us to stay in the rat infested room saying that it is okay. We had to argue for the sheets to be changed. The toilet seat was also broken. The rooms smelled terrible. It was a terrible experience. The hotel’s licence should be revoked. You might get sick if you stay in that hotel.
