Hotel Ramson's International

My friend and I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this hotel during our international visit. The rates we were charged were significantly higher than what the quality of the accommodations warranted. We were particularly disappointed by the dining options; the food service was subpar, as we discovered flies in our meals, which was both unappetizing and concerning. Additionally, the washroom facilities were not properly maintained, leaving various cleanliness issues that were difficult to overlook. To compound matters, the staff provided unsatisfactory service, lacking the attentiveness and professionalism we expected for a hotel that brands itself as international. Overall, this experience fell short of our expectations, and we would not recommend this hotel to others traveling abroad.

Rooms were not clean. We did complain to the front desk and they changed the sheets. We were told there is hot water 24x7 but it took quite sometime to get hot water at 6 am. The front desk people were helpful and listened to us and helped us but I prefer them checking the basic things before handing over the keys.

Worst room, toilet not clean and bedshits stain.. frequent power cut no generator.. internet not working
