Good property but poor service

This Property is good, at 1 Kms from Baba Temple, but services and facilities are very poor. For any type of services or facilities they (Reception to service boys) have one word. Give us 5 minutes" but you never got your desired after 2/4 or 24 hours.

The location is good. Room is big but not thoroughly cleaned. Horse keeping is not up to the mark. Food taste is average. Hotel was unable to provide bill for food as computer was not working. Credit card facility was not available.

Poor staff and stay

My first stay was absolutely good but incidentaly when again I re-checked the behaviour of the staff's turned around. First they refused to provide me any room, after arguments and wait for about 30 mins in reception area they allotted me a dormitory kind of room to stay. Overall experience is not at par.
