Good experience

The hotel booked was neat and clean ,close to rly station and market, food was excellent, (I took veg food..) staff was courteous and helping, service was prompt.room was specious. overall an excellent hotel .Also budget friendly in comparison with facilities

Close proximity to the Railway station. The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities were bad. No warm water for bathing. Lift was not working. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. We had to ask for provisions, which were supposed to be given automatically like towels etc. Electricity points were not working, phone charging was not possible.

Not clean, spiders in the room. Service is poor. TV didn’t work in one of the rooms. No toiletories. No towel. Just the room and that was also not good.

hotel staff is good polite and even I forgot my watch, and checked out the hotel and reached the station and I didn't realise but once they found during cleaning they called me and came to railway station to return the watch

Hi-tel lobby reception and corridors are very decent. The rioms and wash rooms are good. I would advice management to give little more attention to make the rooms and bathrooms more clean by using lizol or similar materials. Staff members are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was supportive and service was good. Food is also quite good and best thing is the proximity to major landmarks which overall facilitated a hassle free trip.

Falsely described, priority location near graveyard, nomoarking space available, no electricity backup, run generators only in case if energency. Rates on mm t are double than actual rate. Pathetic condition of restaurant, no cleaning. Bathroom shower leaking badly, upon complaining manager told please convey to owners as not possible yo arrange plumber

Very bad hotel rooms, their bad sheets is attached with blood & hairs & all of the rooms has too much of negativity, don’t go there, totally disappointed.

Rooms were not clean, room service was not good, parking and cleaning was very poor. They were using used pillows and bed sheets, also not providing billed rooms

Hotel staff behaviour is good. But property is under maintenance and cleanliness is very horrible. So many smell is there and insects or there was a very foul smell coming from the bed and blanket.
