Property location is good nearest to station , Complimentary breakfast :- No choice , Amenities :- Zero ,Single staff is there so service is poor .

Good for stay

SWOT Analysis: I booked this hotel for two days but due to my own work checked out early . We found it in the prime market location. It is very close to a Sitamarhi railway station ,i.e 50-100 meter approximately. Good toiletries kit provided,well painted room(106) , complementary small branded cool water bottles ,very humble, cooperative hotel owner (Mr.Roushan), call bell switch provided for calling the staff, small table & chair also available in the room ,overall okay bed & other related amenities. Area of improvement: Adding mirror in the room, small all mounted cupboard for clothes ,if possible intercom in the room , provision to provide two separate towels for husband and wife or two members, as it's a matter of health and hygiene if being compelled to share only one towel, relocating cloth hanger to an easily an accessible place (room#106) or adding one more to an accessible place whichever seems to be appropriate, placing correct GPS location link on MMT for navigation currently it takes away from the hotel if we travel by means of it , appropriate hospitality training to the staff ,these small tips may surely add more value to the hotel.

but cost is too much

I always be says that if may one will come to sitamarhi and he decided to stay on or two days it must be stay hotel raj residency

His staff's behaviours is very good and heart touching.
